How do I book a walk?
To book a walk, simply visit our booking page, choose the length of the walk (30 minutes or 1 hour), select your preferred date, and fill out a quick form with your dog's details. Once you confirm, proceed to checkout and you're all set!

Can I book recurring walks?
Yes! To book recurring walks, simply select multiple days in advance when booking. Each date will be added to your cart so you can confirm all at once.
How do I know my dog is safe?
All our walkers are carefully selected and trained to handle dogs with care and responsibility. While our walkers are not insured, we take your dog’s safety seriously and provide live Strava tracking for every walk so you can follow along in real-time.
What if the weather is bad?
We walk in all weather conditions rain or shine unless it’s unsafe for your dog such as extreme heat or cold. If we believe it’s not safe, we’ll reach out to reschedule. We do not offer indoor alternatives.
How an I cancel my walk?
You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the walk may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us HERE, and we’ll assist you with your cancellation as soon as possible.
